Shri Thanedar
House disclosure filed August 13, 2026. View filing
Thanedar disclosed two stock sales with a combined reported range of $115,002-$300,000. The Strategy sale was dated October 21, 2025, and the Apple sale January 9, 2026. He digitally signed the PTR on August 13, 2026: 296 and 216 days after the respective transactions.
House rules require covered securities transactions to be reported by the earlier of 30 days after the filer learns of the transaction or 45 days after the transaction. The PTR lists notification dates equal to both trade dates, putting each disclosure beyond that deadline. House guidance requires a $200 late filing fee when a PTR is filed more than 30 days after its due date, unless the Ethics Committee grants a waiver in exceptional circumstances. Waiver requests and outcomes are not public. See the reporting deadline and late-fee policy.
Strategy shares were down 69.18% from the October transaction price to the August 14 reference, while Apple was up 17.95%. These are subsequent security-price moves, not the filer's realized returns.

House disclosure filed August 10, 2026. View filing
Gottheimer disclosed 13 equity transactions: eight purchases and five sales, all in the $1,001-$15,000 range. The table contains the 12 ticker-linked rows. A July 17 sale of Chart Industries is included in the totals but omitted from the table because it lacked a validated Glasshouse ticker mapping.
SailPoint had the filing's strongest move, up 28.32% from its July 20 purchase price through August 14. Fabrinet was up 18.11% after a sale, while Monster Beverage was down 3.96% after a purchase.

Crypto and non-equity disclosures
Derek Tran's August 13 filing reports a $1,001-$15,000 Litecoin sale dated July 28, 2025. The filing says Tran believed the coin was worth less than $1,000 when he initiated the sale and learned while preparing his 2025 financial disclosure that settlement value had crossed the reporting threshold. Because Litecoin is cryptocurrency, it is outside this report's equity totals.
The week also included 21 active non-equity rows covering bonds, Treasury securities, notes, and private investments. They are part of the broader congressional financial disclosures but are excluded from this equity report and its value totals.
Methodology
This issue covers House and Senate disclosures published August 10-16, 2026. It counts active equity rows after reconciling Glasshouse records with official PTRs: Chart Industries is counted as equity, Tran's Litecoin sale is treated as cryptocurrency, and Hern's deleted Versant Media row is excluded.
Dollar totals add the reported minimums and maximums rather than estimating midpoint values. The 28 included equity transactions have a combined disclosed range of $155,028-$725,000.
Price change compares Glasshouse's stored transaction price with its market reference through Friday, August 14. For purchases and sales alike, the percentage is the security's subsequent move, not a member's portfolio return.
Sources and limits
Transaction data comes from public House Clerk and Senate financial disclosures. Glasshouse standardizes names, tickers, ranges, and price data. House links above open the official source documents.
Disclosures use broad value ranges and can be amended. They do not establish exact position size, remaining ownership, intent, or investment performance. This report is informational and is not financial advice.
