Methodology
Counts are Glasshouse database rows after ticker mapping. Separate filing rows stay separate.
Dollar totals add disclosed minimums and maximums. We do not invent midpoints or portfolio NAVs.
Price context on trade pages is market move since the stored transaction price, not a member's realized return.
Filings can be amended. Private or unmapped assets may be excluded from priced tables.
New filings usually appear within a few hours of becoming public. Under the STOCK Act, members generally have up to 45 days to disclose.
This snapshot is generated from the live database after ingest and cached for up to 24 hours.
