Jared Moskowitz
House PTR dated July 26, 2026. View filing
Moskowitz reported 16 separate transactions: 13 purchases and three sales. Each row represents its own disclosed transaction, even when the ticker, date, and amount range match another row.
His two Microsoft purchases have the strongest move in the filing. Microsoft traded at $378.91 on June 17 and reached the report's $464.72 reference price, a 22.65% increase. At the other end, the SpaceX purchase is down 32.67% against its reference price. SpaceX is a private company, so that estimate is less liquid and less directly observable than a public stock quote.
Three Applied Materials purchases were down 17.73%. Monster Beverage was up 5.15%, HCA Healthcare 3.72%, and Home Depot 1.37%. The three S&P Global sales were followed by a 1.46% decline in the stock price.

Methodology
This issue covers the three House reports selected for the July 27-August 2 publication week. The House index dates the Moskowitz filing July 26; it entered this week's public review on July 27. Liccardo's filing is dated July 27 and Fields's July 30.
Transaction counts use individual disclosure rows. Dollar totals add the reported minimums and maximums, not estimated midpoint values. Filing lag is calendar days from trade date to the date listed in the House filing index.
Price change compares Glasshouse's stored transaction price with its reference price on August 2. For purchases, that is the security's move since the trade. For sales, it is the security's subsequent move and not a return earned by the member.
Sources and limits
Transaction data comes from public Periodic Transaction Reports filed with the U.S. House Clerk. Glasshouse standardizes names, tickers, amount ranges, and price data. Links above point to the original reports.
Disclosures use broad value ranges and can be amended. They do not establish exact purchase size, remaining ownership, intent, or investment performance. Private-company reference prices can be sparse. This report is informational and is not financial advice.
