House disclosure filed September 1, 2026. View filing

Hern's September 1 filing lists 28 stock sales made August 5-24 across his traditional IRA, family foundation, and revocable trust. Together, the sales carry a reported range of $224,028-$835,000, accounting for 28 of this report's 35 equity sales.

The two largest individual sales were Home Depot and Procter & Gamble on August 24, each in the $50,001-$100,000 range. Home Depot subsequently fell 4.85%; Procter & Gamble fell 0.11%. Hormel fell 11.87% from its August 13 transaction price to the snapshot, the largest absolute move among the 37 transactions with price data. Gap moved the other way, rising 10.00% after an August 13 sale.

The official filing also lists an August 10 Veralto sale of $1,001-$15,000 from the Hern Family Foundation. That row is missing from the Glasshouse feed snapshot. It is included in the 28-sale count and dollar totals, but omitted from the priced table below because no stored transaction price is available. The filing lists three Veralto sales in total, on August 10, 14, and 21.

Methodology

This issue covers disclosures dated August 31-September 6, 2026, available in the September 6 snapshot. Coverage follows the public disclosure date, not the transaction date or the House form's separate notification-date column. Later filings, ingestion, or amendments can change the underlying feed.

The Glasshouse feed contains 37 ticker-linked equity rows for the period. Checking the House filings adds one missing August 10 Veralto sale, bringing this report to 38 transactions across six members. The 37 priced rows appear in the tables; the additional Veralto row is described in Hern's section. Separate transactions remain separate rows, including sales of the same security in different accounts.

Dollar totals add reported minimums and maximums, without estimating midpoints: $248,038-$1,020,000 overall, comprising $3,003-$45,000 in purchases and $245,035-$975,000 in sales. These are transaction ranges, not portfolio values or net cash proceeds.

Price changes compare Glasshouse's stored transaction prices with its market-price snapshot retrieved September 6. Values are frozen in this article; the snapshot date is not a claim that trading occurred on Sunday. Changes cover each transaction's own interval and are neither weekly returns nor the filer's realized investment performance.

Sources and limits

House transactions were checked against the official filings linked above. Senate transactions and market prices come from the Glasshouse trade feed; the Senate link opens its official disclosure search. Table rows link to the underlying Glasshouse records. The report does not claim to independently reconcile every Senate filing.

Disclosures use broad value ranges and may include spouse, joint, trust, foundation, or retirement accounts. They do not establish exact position size, remaining ownership, intent, or investment performance. This report is informational and is not financial advice.
