Outside the equity totals

Nancy Pelosi's October 2 filing reports a spouse-owned $500,001-$1,000,000 investment in REOF XXX, LLC on September 8. The filing describes an LLC acquiring and managing an office property at 225 Bush Street in San Francisco. It is a private investment, so it is excluded from the stock totals.

Donald Beyer's October 1 filing contains three government-security transactions. Suzan DelBene's September 30 filing contains five municipal-bond transactions.

Diana Harshbarger submitted three scanned reports on October 1: first report, second report, and third report. They list bonds, Treasury notes, and private funds rather than individual stocks.

Stored Senate records also include private-holding transactions for Richard Blumenthal and a Greenbrier Hotel transaction for Jim Justice. Those records are outside the equity totals and were not independently reverified for this report.

Methodology and limits

This report covers disclosures filed September 28-October 4, 2026, rather than trades executed during that week. We checked the House Clerk's filing index and the linked House reports, including the scanned filings. The equity totals combine 17 source-verified House transactions with five stored Senate records. Senate search was unavailable during preparation, so we could not independently verify those five entries or confirm complete Senate coverage.

Repeated House rows remain separate when the filing lists separate accounts. The repeated Senate rows remain as stored; their account distinctions have not been independently confirmed. Purchases and sales, including partial sales, count as individual transactions.

Prices are frozen at the October 2, 2026 close, the final trading session before the week ended. Price moves compare that close with Glasshouse's stored transaction-day reference price; Wied's four rows use historical September 17 closes. Calculations use the available price precision before rounding the displayed percentages.

Disclosures report value ranges and can be amended. The combined range sums transaction values, not net buying or portfolio value. Reference prices are market closes, not confirmed execution prices. Price changes do not establish realized returns, intent, or investment performance. This report is informational and is not financial advice.
